THERAPIST
For over a decade, the Respiratory Care Practitioners of CIMC have used evidence-based practices and data to implement therapist-driven respiratory protocols in patient care plans, with goals to reduce the number of disease exacerbations and
pulmonary-related hospital admissions.
Additionally, CIMC offers life saving information and continuing education courses such as First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare professionals. We also provide certified babysitter training for teens, opioid overdose education, and poison exposure care.
OFFERED SERVICES
Pulmonary Wellness Management
Monthly, in-person pulmonary disease management assessment and care, for children and adults with Asthma, COPD (Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis), and Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. With compliance, this service helps prevent future exacerbations, improving overall quality of life.
Continuing Education Courses
Learn how to respond to sudden illnesses, injuries, and cardiopulmonary emergencies with science based information that saves lives. Courses offered includes CPR, BLS, First Aid, and more. Successful completion of your course includes official certification by The American Red Cross.
Medical Emergency Preparedness Protocol

A fully customized, comprehensive medical emergency protocol to incorporate within the current safety practices of your organization. Program includes CPR certifications with The American Red Cross, semi-annual in-person emergency assessment training and review, and installation of medical equipment and supplies.
The Certified Babysitters' Club
A youth program that provides entrepreneurial insight, babysitter training, and official CPR & First Aid certification with The American Red Cross. This course is designed for teens that are interested in babysitting as a job, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for infants and children.
